Comment; Lyme is a very difficult disease; diagnosis is complex, confusing, contradictory. Many treatment options generally means that none are universally effective–sometimes they fail–and it’s hard to know that it’s failed until much later–with more organ system damage. Prognosis is similarly impossible to make with any degree of certainty or accuracy.
